Starting Early Has Benefits

We have been starting our training sessions on Tuesday's and Thursday's at either 6am or 6:30am since October last year but only recently has the temperature got to a point where it is starting to turn people away. Last Thursday was the coldest so far with the temperature sitting on a lovely 0 degrees celsius. Big congrats and thanks to those that brave the conditions to join me.

Despite it getting harder and harder to get out of bed, we are now being spoilt by very still conditions and spectacular sunrises. Instead of keeping them to myself I thought I should share some of the photos that I have been taking during these sessions. Don't be fooled by the photos, these sessions a very hard and the photos are taken while I am doing the recovery portions ;)
